Thank you for shopping at PerfectBaby™. Below you will find details about how we ship your orders, estimated delivery times, and important information regarding delivery.

1. Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping — €4.95 for orders below €80.
Free Shipping — for all orders of €80 and above.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Time

All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Germany, France, Austria, Belgium: 5–8 business days
Poland, Lithuania, other EU countries: 6–9 business days
United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: 6–12 business days
UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Israel: 7–14 business days
Mexico, Brazil: 10–18 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or peak seasons.

4. Taxes & Fees

For EU customers, all product prices shown are final and inclusive of VAT. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery within the EU.

For non-EU customers, prices may be shown excluding local taxes and duties. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Tracking Orders

Each order includes a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel until delivery.

6. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide to most countries. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

7. Delays & Liability

PerfectBaby™ is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package has been handed to the carrier.
