Return and Refund Policy

At Perfect Baby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


Return Period

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

  • This policy applies in accordance with the European Union 14-day cooling-off period.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Safety seals, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Items that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original condition cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Sale or clearance products.

  • Personal care goods (e.g., baby care, hygiene items) once packaging is opened.


Return Costs

  • We refund the product price only.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at info@perfectbaby.store within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.

  3. If your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.

  4. Ship the product back using a trackable service.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@perfectbaby.store.

  • We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the refund.
