1. Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping – €4.95 (for orders below €80).
Free Shipping – for all orders of €80 and above.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Time

All orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times to EU countries:

Germany, France, Austria, Belgium: 5–8 business days
Poland, Lithuania, other EU countries: 6–9 business days
United States, Australia: 6–9 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or peak seasons.

4. Taxes & Fees

All product prices shown in our store are final and inclusive of VAT.
You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

5. Tracking Orders

Each order includes a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow your parcel until delivery.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship Worldwide.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or non-EU destinations at this time.

7. Delays & Liability

Perfect Baby is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package has been handed to the carrier.
